Abyss Licence

Version 2026-09-25. These terms apply to the Abyss Licence plan ($999 per month) in addition to our Terms of Service. You accept them when you subscribe.

1. What you get

While your subscription is active, a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the Abyss model weights, and every update we publish to them, from Hugging Face to the account you name, and to run them on infrastructure you control, as much as you like, to solve CAPTCHAs within your own organisation's products and operations.

2. What you may not do

• No reselling. You may not offer the model, or CAPTCHA solving powered by it, to third parties as an API, hosted service, or product — paid or free. Solving CAPTCHAs inside your own product is permitted; selling the solve is not.
• No distillation. You may not use the weights or their outputs to train, fine-tune, distil, or otherwise develop or improve any other model.
• No redistribution. You may not share, publish, or transfer the weights, or give anyone outside your organisation access to them or to the Hugging Face account that holds that access.
• Section 3 of the Terms of Service (acceptable use) applies to every use of the model, wherever it runs.

3. When it ends

The licence lasts as long as the subscription. When the subscription ends, or if we end it for a breach of these terms, download access is withdrawn and you must stop using and delete every copy of the weights.
